Our snow removal contractor will have over 20 trucks working to clear GHPOA roads. As always, roads will be cleared of snow in the following order: (1) Major thoroughfares; (2) Cross streets; (3) Side streets and (4) Cul-de-sacs. Since we have numerous short streets and cul-de-sacs, which are more time consuming to clear of snow, we ask for your patience and understanding.
To assist our snow removal contractor in pushing snow as quickly and efficiently as possible, we are again asking each of you to remove all vehicle(s) from the street and park them in your garage or driveway.

Due to projected snowfall of between 6 to 8 inches by early evening, the Board has cancelled the in-person meeting that was scheduled to be held at the Indianapolis Yacht Club today between 6 and 8 p.m. Information on how to participate in the virtual meeting will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
A winter storm warning is in effect from 7 p.m. today until 7 am. Tuesday. Snowfall projections range from 4 to 7 inches. As a courtesy to your neighbors and to assist our snow removal contractor in pushing snow as quickly and safely as possible, we ask for your cooperation in moving your vehicle(s) from the street to your garage or driveway. Thank you.
There is the possibility of snow accumulation of 1 to 2+ inches beginning tonight into Sunday. If snow reaches 2 inches or more, a snow push will be authorized. Due to the possibility of a snow push, please assist your Association in snow removal by removing your vehicle(s) from the street and parking them in your driveway overnight. Thank you.
Unfortunately, during the recent snow push some mailboxes were damaged. Per the terms of our contract, our snow contractor is fully responsible for any costs associated with repair or replacement. To report a damaged mailbox, please email customerservice@cas-indiana.com. Please include your street address and a phone number.
A winter storm, with projected snow accumulations of 2” to 6”, is expected to start today at around 4 p.m. GHPOA is closely monitoring this weather situation. Snow push begins when accumulations reach 2″. For our snow contractor to push snow as efficiently and quickly as possible, your GHPOA Board requests your cooperation in moving all vehicles from the street to your driveway. Snow will be removed in the following sequence: (1) Major thoroughfares; (2) Cross streets; (3) Side streets and (4) Cul-de-sacs.
Your GHPOA Board will be in Executive Session from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The public portion of the meeting will begin at approximately 7:00 p.m.
