Geist Reservoir is owned by Citizens Energy Group (CEG).  CEG owns the shoreline and an adjacent 20-foot easement surrounding the entire shoreline.  In addition to GHPOA property owners completing a DCC application for exterior improvements to their shoreline or adjacent 20-foot easement (such as a dock, deck, patio, walkway, firepit, etc.), GHPOA property owners need to submit an application to CEG.
