Sale of Geist Chapel

Located on Old Stone Drive in Admirals Bay, Geist Chapel has been sold. The new owner is the Coptic Church of Carmel.

It is our understanding that this area will continue to be used as a religious facility.

Since this land and building are located within Admirals Bay, they will continue to be subject to GHPOA Covenant Restrictions which will require the owner to obtain approval for exterior changes to the land or building.
