Officer Dylan Goodwin received this award at GHPOA’s Annual Meeting for responding to a call in 45 seconds where a resident had collapsed on the floor, had no pulse and was unresponsive. Officer Goodwin immediately began CPR until EMS arrived and transported the resident to the hospital for further treatment.
