The meeting agenda will be the same as years past and will be shared on your screen during the meeting so you can follow along. Each Board member and Committee member will share their assigned reports. The 2021 annual budget will be displayed during the Treasurer report as well. Due to the expected number of participants, everyone will be automatically muted to prevent excessive noise. Any questions residents might have for the Board should be typed into the comment box for the organizer. During the allotted Q&A time, the questions will be presented to the Board for their response. Due to the virtual nature of the meeting and in lieu of taking board nominations from the floor, write in nominations can be submitted via the mailed proxy ballot. And as with all prior annual meetings, the newly elected Board of Directors will be announced on the community website, www.ghpoa.com. Thank you for your continued support.
