Only one of the three proposed covenant amendments passed after a year of debate and voting. Covenant amendment #2 that created a DCC review process passed, the other two allowing for the GHPOA to recover legal fees and lower the percentage of homeowners needed to change future covenants did not pass. The annual GHPOA Garage Sale will be held on Friday, June 10 and Saturday, June 11 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. GHPOA will provide advertising for the event and entryway signage the week prior.
