In accordance with the “Geist Harbours Mailbox Guidelines and Maintenance Requirements” (“Guidelines”) approved on November 15, 2010, the mailboxes below are pre-approved and available for purchase through Estes Designs in Indianapolis. If you replace your mailbox and it does not conform to the Guidelines noted above, please submit your plans to the Development Control Committee prior to installation for approval.

GHPOA Sailboat Mailbox: $365
Cost: $365 installed ($539 for a double unit)
This mailbox features an aluminum post, base, finial and brace system with aluminum paper box with large T3 mailbox. The T3 mailbox has a baked enamel finish and comes with a full vinyl lettered address. Everything is powder coated. Cost includes full vinyl address, installation, removal of old mailbox, and sales tax.
Pricing also includes a 14-month warranty. Payment due in full prior to installation.

The Ashbury features a 4″ x 4″ cedar post assembly with built-in paper box. The T3 mailbox has a baked enamel paint finish and comes with a full vinyl lettered address. Installation, old mailbox removal, and sales tax are included in the price. Pricing also includes a 14-month warranty. Payment due in full prior to installation.
