IMPORTANT….Covenant Amendment Vote In Progress

Currently Homeowners are voting on three very important proposed amendments to our Declaration of Restrictions. The first pertains to the recovery of attorneys fees in covenant violation cases. The second pertains to a new appeal process for an owner who receives a denial from our Architectural Control Committee. The third pertains to the way future amendments to our Declaration would be handled. If you have not already voted please click here to review the proposed changes and then fill out your vote.

New Representatives in Admirals Pointe and Admirals Woods

Carol Bacallao and Scott Orich have been elected to fulfill the vacant seats of Admirals Pointe and Admirals Woods respectively. We welcome them to the Board and thank them for volunteering. We also thank Dr. John Moore and Ed Paulus for their multiple years of service to GHPOA.

GHPOA Mailbox Vendors

Unsightly mailboxes are the source of numerous complaints. Please paint, straighten or repair your existing mailbox or purchase the GHPOA-approved standard box with the sailboat logo. Three qualified vendors to install the sailboat logo boxes are listed below and we encourage you to shop around for the best price:

Please note that the sailboat logo mailbox does not require the pre-approval of the Developmental Control Committee (DCC), but that other installations do require DCC pre-approval.
