Carol Bacallao and Scott Orich have been elected to fulfill the vacant seats of Admirals Pointe and Admirals Woods respectively. We welcome them to the Board and thank them for volunteering. We also thank Dr. John Moore and Ed Paulus for their multiple years of service to GHPOA.

The GHPOA grounds committee wants to remind everyone NOT to tape signs to the new black street signs throughout our neighborhoods. Tape either leaves a residue or removes the black paint on the street signs, causing damage to the structure. Besides, it just detracts from the appearance of our neighborhoods. The annual meeting for the Geist Harbours Property Owners Association homeowners will be on Tuesday, January 26th at 7:00 pm at Amy Beverland Elementary. Homeowners should receive a meeting notice in the mail sometime in November.

The GHPOA Board of Directors updated their discretionary spending policy to include mailers to their constituents up to two times per year with President approval.
