Covenant Amendment Final Tally

Only one of the three proposed covenant amendments passed after a year of debate and voting. Covenant amendment #2 that created a DCC review process passed, the other two allowing for the GHPOA to recover legal fees and lower the percentage of homeowners needed to change future covenants did not pass.
