Masthead sign is movingTwo tracts of property owned by GHPOA at the intersection of 96th and Fall Creek Road are being purchased by Hamilton County to make room for a new roundabout. A total of 0.221 acres will be purchased, leaving a small strip on the north end of that project for the current Masthead sign to be relocated to. An additional $6,600 has been allocated to move the black granite signage and install electricity.

Grounds Committee Chairman John Moore and Ed Paulus of Admirals Woods will be moving the fifteen California blue spruce trees to Admirals Bay off of Carroll Road to replace existing trees that have died or been destroyed.

For the first time ever, all the GHPOA neighborhoods will be participating in an annual garage sale on Friday, June 5th through Saturday, June 6th. A promotional sign will be provided by the GHPOA and placed at the entry of each neighborhood by their director. Advertising will be provided for free by atGeist.com and the “atGeist Community Newsletter.”
